Overview

Support revenue planning and performance for Changi Airport’s airside concessions, providing revenue outlooks and insights while contributing to planning and leasing across retail, F&B and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support concession revenue budgeting and forecasting with leasing teams and stakeholders.

• Monitor performance, analyse variances and drivers, and build financial models and scenarios.

• Prepare management reports with clear, actionable insights.

• Improve forecasting methods, analytical tools and processes.

• Manage planning and leasing for selected concession categories.

• Evaluate commercial proposals, conduct financial assessments, support negotiations and prepare recommendations.

• Support commercial and cross-functional projects including space optimisation and asset enhancement.

Requirements

• Degree preferably in Accountancy, Business, Economics, Finance or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with Microsoft Excel and financial-modelling proficiency.

• Tableau, Power BI, SQL and Python are advantageous.

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, commercial planning or leasing is advantageous.

• Ability to analyse complex information and translate it into recommendations.

• Driven, resourceful, analytical and detail-oriented.

• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across teams.

• Interest in retail, F&B, services and travel retail.
